BOOKING INFORMATION

Here's some information you should know before booking with us.

Submit the booking form with your preferred package and we'll check availability.  We'll send a follow up email to acknowledge receipt of your booking and a subsequent email or telephone call to finalize the details of your visit with us.

CHILDREN - Because the main focus at the Lazy M are the  Horsemanship and Hoof Care Seminars, we recommend that children have a keen interest in these subjects and be 16 and over.  We MAY make exceptions for children a few years younger who can demonstrate appropriate maturity, riding experience and interest!

There is no discount offered for children  and it is highly recommended that children bring riding hard hats.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.  If you charge your visit, it will be charged in Canadian dollars.  Your credit card company will convert the charge to your local currency based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of their conversion transaction.  There may be an additional conversion charge by your credit card company.

5% GST is NOT included in these prices.

Gratuities for the staff are NOT included - 10% is the norm

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. For wire transfers or credit cards please contact us by FAX 1-403-722-3246, or by PHONE 1-403-722-3053.  Please do NOT send your credit card information by email.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30+ days prior to the booking, your 50% deposit (less a $50.00 handling fee) will be refunded. If you cancel 7 or less days prior to the booking, your 50% deposit will be retained. We strongly encourage guests to purchase their own trip cancellation insurance along with personal health and accident insurance.
